Kimerick's Guarantee and Puppy Application
Along with each "Puppy Kit" given to the new owner, they will receive a health record for their given puppy. This record will include at least, but not limited to; up-to-date vaccination and worming program.
Each puppy placed by Kimerick Shih Tzu is guaranteed to arrive healthy and with a very good temperament. They will also come with a 2 year congenital health guarantee. This means your puppy is guaranteed to be free of disabling congenital defects until the age of 2 years. This does not include hernias(navel, testicular or inguinal-repairable), nor does it include pinched nostrils(also repairable). Your puppy is also guaranteed to have a sound temperament. In the event that your adopted puppy from Kimerick Shih Tzu, develops a behavior problem, the buyer must call us immediately and work with us, so that we can advise the correct training to modify the behavior. Your puppy is guaranteed for a period of 3 days (72 hours) to be free of illness and is required to be seen by a licensed veteranarian before this time is up, or the guarantees of this contract become null & void. Should a puppy received from Kimerick Shih Tzu expire under the age of 2 years old, due to congenital defects, the guarantee is limited to a replacement only(same sex/price/registration status), from a future litter agreed upon between new owner(s) and Kimerick Shih Tzu. This health guarantee does not include stress induced illnesses such as stress induced hypoglycemia, coccidia, worms, and/or kennel cough. A letter from two vets is required in the event of any aforementioned problem, as listed above. Remember, this guarantee is limited to replacement only(same sex/price/registration status), from a future litter agreed upon between new owner(s) and Kimerick Shih Tzu. Money refunds will not be made. Veterinary expenses are not covered (without prior consent). All shipping and/or transportation charges will be paid by the buyer. This guarantee is not transferable to a second party, should the original buyer sell the puppy. This guarantee also does not cover anything related to breeding (i.e. problems, fertility, etc...) of your puppy at a later date, as we are hoping all of our puppies go on to homes where they will be loving, family pets only.
Print out this entire page, send along with payment (US Postal Money Order) or pay first through paypal (add 3.5% extra for fees), then snail mail this health guarantee and puppy application. You have 5 days from the time we first acknowledge your intent to purchase a particular puppy.
